These individuals are experts in their fields and are capable of working on startup projects in real time. They are carefully selected based on their qualifications, experience, and recommendations from their peers and mentors.
Members of the talent pool play a critical role in the success of HSL. They work on incubation projects, carry out leadership roles, and mentor those in the startup communities. Their expertise and experience are invaluable assets to the HSL ecosystem.
Working in the talent pool provides members with a unique opportunity to collaborate with other talented individuals, hone their skills, and gain practical experience working on real-world projects. They are given opportunities to lead and manage projects, work with cutting-edge technology, and develop innovative solutions to real-world problems.
